You don't need to be a headshot machine or a radiant player, as long as you know how to rotate, out flank your opponents, covering your teammates and using your utility effectively which requires good communication.

Communication is the most important skill. In-game and out-of-game - all members of a team need to be on the same page.

Note: Teams that have played together for a long time together tend to create there own callouts for very specific locations, the callouts that are listed here are general callouts taken from the game and a good basis to start from. Making your own callouts as a team together is fine, as long as everyone is aware of what that callout is, so communicate with your team and ensure that everyone in your team has a say in it.
